In an effort to provide a single platform that supports all of our products we have released a beta version of our new software platform Tact-V1.0. This new release, at this time support 2.2 XP and 2.2 MINI only. In the near future we plan to add support for 2150 XDM, TSC MKIII and for all new Tact products.
You can now access both units 2.2 XP and 2.2 MINI using the same software. We have also included some additional features in 2.2 XP and 2.2 MINI firmware to support much higher control level of the room correction process and much faster data exchange between your PC and Tact unit. With Tact V1.0 you can easily manipulate measurement results to achieve optimum correction filter design. You can change measurement normalization level and click on Apply button to instantly engage the change. At the same time Tact V1.0 will upload correction filters for instant verification. This feature will allow you to eliminate any clipping or any significant loss of signal level when correction is engaged. You can set the program to automatically upload correction filters when DRC is turned ON or OFF. This is very useful in determining optimum DRC target curve.
What is new in Tact-V1.0 Software?
The following are some of the many improvements offered by Tact-V1.0:
